So okay Although I wasn't present to see the looks walk down the runway, I recently visited my nearby JC Penney's to check out the pieces up close. The fresh spring line has an 80’s flair with a large assortment of items—jackets, leggings, jeans, dresses, tanks, and cotton sweaters.
