Drew Barrymore has been making the rounds promoting Grey Gardens, and while she chose a demure, 30s-era peach silk gown by Alberta Ferretti for the New York premiere, the actress went a bit wilder for the Los Angeles debut at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.
